Zen Aminos – Terms of Sale & Legal Disclaimer

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Zen Aminos are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. These compounds are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical use, diagnostic procedures, therapeutic applications, or any form of clinical use.

Use of these products outside of an authorized laboratory setting is strictly prohibited. Products are sold with the explicit understanding that the purchaser is a qualified individual conducting scientific research in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Age Restriction

Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. By purchasing from Zen Aminos, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally permitted to obtain and handle research chemicals within your jurisdiction.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground by default, unless carrier restrictions require an alternative service.

• Tracking is issued upon shipment and emailed to the address provided at checkout.
• Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking to ensure safe and secure delivery. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
• Zenaminos is not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages, including deliveries to incorrect addresses or apartment common areas.
• We recommend using a secure lockbox or drop box.
• If a package shows “Delivered,” please contact UPS directly before reaching out to us. Delays & Refund/Reship Policy
• Carrier delays can occur and are outside our control once an order leaves our warehouse.
• We require a 10 business day waiting period before reshipping or issuing a refund for a package in transit.
• If UPS confirms a package is lost, we will use shipment insurance to refund or reship.
• Orders marked “Delivered” are not eligible for reshipment or refund through Zenaminos. Customer Support

4. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.We do not accept returns or provide refunds except in the case of:

• Items received damaged
• Defective products
• Incorrectly shipped items

In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue. We will review the claim and determine a resolution at our discretion.

5. Product Handling & Liability

Buyers are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of all products. Zen Aminos assumes no liability for any misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery. Products must only be handled by individuals with appropriate technical training and laboratory safety knowledge.

6. Coupons, Discounts & Rewards

Coupons and discount codes cannot be applied to items already marked as on sale, unless the specific coupon explicitly states otherwise. The maximum redemption value for rewards points or loyalty credits is $50.00 per transaction.

Only one coupon or discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Promotions, discounts, and reward programs are subject to change at any time without notice.
