Shipping & Order Policy – Zen Aminos
At Zen Aminos, we take great care to ensure every order is processed, packed, and shipped with precision. All products are dispatched directly from our USA facility under strict handling and packaging procedures to maintain product integrity throughout transit. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed, along with tracking details when your shipment is dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
All orders ship via UPS Ground by default unless carrier restrictions require an alternative service.
• Carrier pickups: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (EST)
• Typical delivery: ~2–5 business days
• Extended delivery: up to 10 business days due to carrier delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Tracking is issued once your order ships and is sent to the email provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking to ensure secure delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Zen Aminos is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Zen Aminos is not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages, including deliveries to incorrect addresses or unsecured locations such as apartment common areas.
• We strongly recommend using a secure delivery location (lockbox or drop box)
• If tracking shows “Delivered,” you must contact UPS directly before reaching out to us
Delays & Claims Policy
Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the carrier’s control. Delays may occur and are outside our responsibility.
• A 10 business day waiting period is required before any claim is reviewed
• If UPS confirms a package is lost, we will proceed with a reshipment or refund through shipping insurance
• Orders marked “Delivered” are not eligible for reshipment or refund
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Order number
• Photos of the damage
• Description of the issue
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
